Sudan: Patients sleep on bare ground outside overcrowded hospitals as cholera outbreak spreads to White Nile state

AFGHANISTAN: At least four children killed as flash floods sweep through villages, with heavy rains ongoing 

At least four children are amongst at least 29 people killed in flash floods that have swept through two provinces in Afghanistan in recent days, as the country continues to feel the impact of extreme weather events that have upended lives and livelihoods, Save the Children said.

Unaccompanied and separated children amongst up to 35,000 refugees who have crossed into Burundi in recent weeks
